Food business notifications

A list of notifications of food activities by businesses is maintained by the Authority.

The list, or parts of it, is available in certain circumstances for public inspection according to s 106 of the Food Act 2003 (NSW).

The register may contain personal information which therefore may only be disclosed for purposes relating to:

• why the register is kept, or
• the law under which it is kept.
