Guilty, conviction recorded

The Court found the person guilty of the offence(s) and a conviction is recorded.

Guilty, no conviction recorded s10 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 (NSW) allows a Court to find an offence proven but decide it is not appropriate to record a conviction. s133(6) of the Food Act 2003 allows such orders to be taken to be a conviction for the purposes of disclosure of information about offences.
