Fail to comply with section 21(1) of the Food Act 2003:

  1. Food Standards Code 3.2.2 Clause 6 (1) – Food stored in the refrigerators were not covered. The uncovered foods stored in the refrigerators were not protected from the likelihood of contamination.
  2. Food Standards Code 3.2.2 Clause 19 (1) – Food waste, dirt, grease and other visible matter had accumulated on the floor of the food storage area and on the kitchen floor.
  3. Food Standards Code 3.2.2 Clause 19 (2) – Food waste, dirt, grease and other visible matter had accumulated on the internal and external surfaces of the refrigerators, the rubber mats near the cooking facilities, the cool room floor, containers held in the rear food storage area and on the chemical containers.
  4. Food Standards Code 3.2.2 Clause 24 (1) (d) – Failure to prevent the entry of vermin onto the premise. Vermin excrement was observed in the rear food storage area, in the kitchen and on food storage containers.
