Interpreter service and other languages
An interpreter service is available to speak to the NSW Food Authority in your own language.
Please call 13 14 50 (within Australia only) and ask for your language. Then ask to speak with the "NSW Food Authority" on telephone 1300 552 406.
Access to records - FOI and privacy
Certain records of the Authority may by accessible to members of the public under Freedom of Information (FOI) provisions. Not all records can be accessed, however.
As well, some of the information the Authority collects in performing its role is personal information or health information under privacy provisions. Some of these records can be accessed by the person concerned, and they may ask that errors are corrected.
