Food Safety Conference 2007
The three-day Food Safety Conference, titled Future Directions, was held in Sydney 19-21 September 2007. It brought together specialists in food safety and regulation from Australia and overseas to present, lead discussions and conduct masterclasses on crucial issues for the consumer, regulatory, health and industry sectors.
