Dealing with Listeria in the processed meat & poultry industries Summit 2010

A summit on ‘Dealing with Listeria in the processed meat and poultry industries’ held in Sydney drew an audience of around 90 people on 8 July 2010. Producers, and representatives from peak bodies, universities, regulators etc attended, keen to learn of world’s best practice in controlling this common organism - one that is notoriously difficult to eliminate, and potentially fatal.
