Walkers Chocolates Fruit and Nut Chocolate: product recall
The NSW Food Authority advises:
Ontrack Pty Ltd is recalling a batch of their imported chocolates sold in NSW and interstate in Kmart stores.
The batch is being recalled because it contains brazil nut and almond without the required declaration on the label. Brazil nut and almond are allergens for some people.
The recalled product is:
- Walkers Chocolates of London Milk Chocolate Selection Fruit and Nut Selection in 450g plastic jar, with ‘best before’ date AUG 01 2012
The recall applies only to the above the product and date.
Consumers with an allergy or intolerance to brazil nut and almond should not consume the product.
Consumers can return the product to the place of purchase for a refund.
