ALDI - Specially Selected French L’Ovale Cheese 300g and Emporium Selection French Brie 125g

Product information: ALDI Stores is conducting a recall of Specially Selected French L’Ovale Cheese 300g and Emporium Selection French Brie 125g. The products have been available for sale in ALDI Stores in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.

Date markings: All date codes up to and including BEST BEFORE 01/10/2025

Problem: The recall is due to potential microbial (Listeria monocytogenes) contamination.

Food safety hazard: Listeria monocytogenes may cause severe illness in pregnant women, unborn babies, neonates, the elderly, and individuals who are immunocompromised. The general population can also become ill from consuming food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

What to do: Consumers should not eat these products. Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
