- Coco2 Follow-on Formula Stage 2 800g
- Coco2 Toddler Drink Stage 3 800g.
The products have been available for sale in Go-Vita and Priority Health in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA and Priceline in QLD, and online nationally.
Date marking: EXP 01/2027
Problem: The recall is due to labelling (incorrect scoop size and labelling errors).
Food safety hazard: Incorrect feeding instructions.
What to do: Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
