@Replies, direct messages

We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers.

We read all @replies and Direct Messages and ensure that any themes or helpful ideas are passed to the relevant people in the Authority.

We try to join the conversation where we can. However, we may not be able to respond to all the messages we receive via Twitter.

The usual ways of contacting us for official correspondence can be found in the contact us section of our website.

Any comment or message to the Authority may be kept by the Authority for records purposes.
