All online comments are considered to be a submission. Submissions received may be published on the Food Authority’s website. We may also use your submission (without identifying details) in a summary report.  

There may be times when we are required by law to release the information in your submission, for example under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. It is also a statutory requirement to provide submissions to the Legislation Review Committee of the NSW Parliament.
